Who is behind Inquly
Inquly is a product of Penedo Labs, the trade name under which Efrén Rodríguez Rodríguez builds and runs the service from Ames (A Coruña, Spain). It is an independent project: there are no investors or large company behind it, and the person who designs the product is also the one answering support. Full identification details are in the legal notice.
Why it exists
Most rental homes in Spain are managed by private individuals with one or a few properties, usually with a spreadsheet, a folder of PDFs and a lot of reminders in their head. Property management software tends to be built for large agencies, with prices and complexity that make no sense for someone letting their own flat or their family's.
Inquly was built to fill that gap: a tool designed around Spanish rules (contracts under the LAU, deposits, rent updates, invoices with VAT and withholding, tax forms), that works well with a single home and grows with you if you manage more. That is why the Free plan covers one property with no time limit and no card.
How we work
- Your data is yours. It is hosted on servers in the European Union, in line with the GDPR, and you can export it whenever you like. We never sell it or use it for advertising. More in the privacy policy.
- Clear pricing. Plans and their limits are published on the pricing page; you can cancel at any time.
- No smoke and mirrors. We don't publish invented testimonials, customer counts or ratings we can't back up. Sample screens on this site are labelled "Example".
- We listen. Much of what gets built comes from the suggestions of the people using the app. You can send yours from the feedback page.
Blog editorial policy
The articles on the blog are written and reviewed by the Inquly team. For laws and taxes we follow these rules:
- We link to the official sources (BOE, INE, Spanish Tax Agency) that back what we say.
- Every article shows its publication date and, when we revise it, its last updated date.
- When a rule depends on the region, the contract date or the area, we say so.
- The content is informational, not legal or tax advice. For a specific case, ask a professional.
If you spot a mistake, write to contact@inquly.com and we will fix it.
