Our services include:

• Property and unit management
• Tenant information management
• Rental contract creation and tracking
• Financial tracking (invoices, payments, expenses)

• Maintenance request tracking

3. Account Registration

To use Inquly, you must create an account by providing accurate information.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• You may only have one account per person.
• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Service Accessibility

We strive to maintain high availability of our services.

We target 99% availability annually, excluding scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our control.

We are not responsible for unavailability due to force majeure, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service failures.

5. User Responsibilities

By using Inquly, you agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful purposes.
• Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including data protection regulations when processing tenant data.
• Not upload illegal, harmful, or unauthorized content.
• Take appropriate measures to protect your account credentials.

6. Prohibited Uses

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access our services without authorization.
• Collecting or harvesting user data for commercial purposes.
• Interfering with other users' access to the service.
• Using the service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our systems.
• Impersonating other users or misrepresenting your identity.

7. Rental Contract Disclaimer

Important information about rental contracts created using our platform:

• Inquly is NOT a party to any rental contract created using our platform. The contract is solely between the landlord and tenant.
• The document templates and contract features provided are for informational purposes only and do NOT constitute legal advice.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your rental contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations.

8. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third-party providers. By using our service, you acknowledge:

• Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Your use of payment features is subject to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• We use Google services for authentication and security verification. Your use of these features is subject to Google's Terms of Service.
• We are not responsible for the actions, content, or data processing practices of third-party service providers.
• Our service may contain links to external websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

9. Intellectual Property

Inquly and all related trademarks, logos, and content are the exclusive property of our company. All rights are reserved.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Inquly. You grant us a license to use this data solely to provide our services.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services in accordance with these terms.

10. Liability Limitations

To the extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for issues arising from internet connectivity or transmission failures.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of our services.
• We are not liable for data loss due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Document templates provided are for guidance only and may not be suitable for all situations.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements or that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inquly, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Any content you upload or transmit through our service.
• Your processing of personal data as a data controller (including tenant data).
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Subscription and Payment

Inquly offers both free and paid subscription plans.

Free accounts have limitations on the number of properties, tenants, and features available.

Paid subscriptions provide additional features and higher limits. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.

In accordance with Spanish law (LSSI-CE), you have 7 days from subscription to withdraw without penalty, unless you have already used the service.

13. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. You can export your data before closing.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, with or without notice.

Accounts inactive for 6 months may be flagged for closure. Accounts inactive for 12 months may be deleted.

14. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the user's domicile in Spain, or Madrid for users outside Spain.

16. Terms Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

For significant changes, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance.

Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
