Quick Start Guide
Set up your Inquly account in 5 simple steps and start managing your rentals today.
Create your account
Sign up free in less than 1 minute. You just need your email and a password.
Detailed steps:
- Visit inquly.com/register
- Enter your email and password
- Verify your email (check spam if you don't see it)
- Complete your profile with your details
Tip: Use an email you check regularly to receive important alerts.
Add your first property
Register the basic details of your property to start managing it.
Detailed steps:
- Click 'New Property' in the Dashboard
- Enter the full address
- Select the type (apartment, house, commercial...)
- Add optional details (size, bedrooms)
- Upload photos of the property
Tip: Have the cadastral reference and energy certificate ready if you have them.
Register your tenants
Add your tenant details to link them to contracts.
Detailed steps:
- Go to the 'Tenants' section
- Click 'New Tenant'
- Enter name, ID number and contact
- Add bank details for direct debit (optional)
- Save and repeat for each tenant
Tip: You can add multiple occupants in the same contract (couples, roommates).
Create your first contract
Generate a rental contract linking property and tenant.
Detailed steps:
- Go to 'Contracts' > 'New Contract'
- Select the property
- Select the tenant
- Define monthly rent and start date
- Configure duration and updates
- Generate the contract as PDF
Tip: You can use our LAU templates or upload your own signed contract.
Manage payments
Record collections, generate invoices and track your finances.
Detailed steps:
- In 'Finances' you'll see a summary of your income
- Record each payment received manually
- Or set up automatic recurring payments
- Generate professional invoices with your logo
- Add expenses to calculate profitability
Tip: Enable late payment alerts so you don't miss any collection.
